Can I prepare my clients' annual financial statements in Looped?
Yes. Each client's books are already in Looped, so the statements come straight from its ledger, with notes and comparatives, under IFRS for SMEs, full IFRS, FRS 102 or 105, or US GAAP. You don't import a trial balance or pay per set. Directors' reports and compiler's reports aren't in the pack yet.
I own several companies. Can I use this?
Yes. Mark one company as your practice and add the others as its clients. Everything is billed to that one company, and you see all of them in one place.
How is my practice billed?
Your practice gets one invoice a month for all its client companies. You re-bill your clients however you like.
Can my client pay instead of my practice?
Yes. A client can pay Looped directly at the standard R499 per company if you prefer not to carry it. You keep bookkeeper access for free.
When does Practice make sense?
Practice starts at your 11th client. Each band applies only to the clients in it: your first 10 are R399 each, clients 11–20 are R299 each and clients beyond 20 are R199 each, so your total never drops when you add a client. 10 clients cost R3,990 a month and 11 cost R4,289. 20 clients cost R6,980, R349 per client, and 21 cost R7,179. At 50 clients you pay R12,950, about R259 per client.
Which currency will I pay in?
Practices with ZAR as their company currency are billed in South African rand. Others are billed in US dollars.
