Can I switch plans later?
Yes - move between Track Solo, Invoices Solo, and Looped One whenever you want. Your data stays put.
What happens if I add a seat mid-month?
You're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle. Remove a seat and the credit lands on your next invoice.
Do you offer discounts?
There are annual-billing discounts — pricing is the same monthly or yearly. But if you join our Discord we hand out generous discount codes regularly.
Is there a free tier?
Looped is free for Individuals. You only start paying once you need additional seats. No credit card required to sign up.
How does per-seat billing work?
A seat on Looped One covers Track + Invoices + Routines for one user. Mixing solo plans across the same org isn't supported — once you need both Track and Invoices, Looped One is cheaper anyway.
