What is included for free?
Every company gets Track for one person, five invoices or quotes sent per calendar month, online payments, and access to Manage. Financials stays read-only after the 30-day Business trial.
When does the Business trial start?
Your 30-day Business trial starts when you create your company. No card is required. After the trial, Financials becomes read-only until you subscribe to Business, and invoicing returns to five invoices or quotes per month.
Is payroll included?
Yes. The Business plan includes payroll for South African companies, for as many employees as you have, at no extra cost.
Are annual financial statements included?
Yes. Business compiles your annual financial statements from the ledger: income statement, balance sheet, changes in equity, cash flow, notes and last year's comparatives, under IFRS for SMEs, full IFRS, FRS 102 or 105, or US GAAP. Looped's assistant drafts the notes for you to edit, and you export the pack as a PDF.
Who needs a paid seat?
Only people who log time in Track. On Free, one person can use Track without paying. Once you subscribe to Business or seats, every person using Track needs a paid seat, including the first. Invoices-only members, bookkeepers and auditors never need a seat.
Can I buy Business without seats?
Yes. Business is billed per company and includes Financials, unlimited invoices, quotes and clients, plus bookkeeper and auditor access. Add a paid seat for each person using Track.
I'm a bookkeeper, or I own several companies. Which plan do I use?
Looped for Bookkeepers. You get one invoice for all your client companies. The price per client steps down at 11 and 21 clients. Each client can also subscribe to Business on its own.
Can my client pay instead of my practice?
Yes. A client can subscribe to Business directly at the standard price per company, and you keep bookkeeper access for free.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for ten months and use Looped for twelve. Business and seats are billed upfront for the year.
Which currency will I pay in?
Companies with ZAR as their company currency are billed in South African rand. Other companies are billed in US dollars. Your billing currency is fixed at first checkout. The selector here lets you compare the published prices.
What happens to founding customers?
Existing founding customers keep their original Looped One per-user pricing, with Financials and all apps included, for as long as they remain subscribed.
