Introducing Looped

Running a small business is rewarding - but it's also messy, overwhelming, and full of repetitive work that shouldn't still exist in 2025. I've seen it firsthand. Across industries, from consulting companies to creative businesses - the same pattern keeps emerging. Teams are smart, motivated, and capable. But they're stuck wrestling disconnected tools, manual processes and too many spreadsheets.

So we started Looped to change that.

We're building software for people who think in systems. Founders, consultants, creatives, small teams and large enterprises who want to take control of their operations.

What is Looped

Looped is a growing suite of tools designed to help you run your business effectively.

We're starting with two core products:

• Looped Track: an elegant, opinionated time-tracking tool for consultants and other time-conscious professionals.
• Looped Invoices: the invoicing app that makes it easy for us to get paid fast.

Both products work on their own, or integrate seamlessly with each other via Looped One.

Everything we build is grounded in real business problems we've faced ourselves. No bloat. No fluff. Just great software that we actually use.

Why we're doing this

We have a few core beliefs:

• Small teams deserve dependable systems that will give them the best chance to succeed,
• Time is too valuable to waste on manual, repetitive tasks, and
• No one should have to use software that is ugly, slow and frustrating.

At Looped, we're not chasing hype or venture capital. We're obsessed with making powerful systems simple. We're building deliberately, iteratively, and with empathy for the people using our products every day.

What's next

This blog will share updates, behind-the-scenes thinking and the occasional spicy take on what modern software should look like. We're also growing a community of builders and business owners who care about operating more efficiently.
